Fast when fulfilling mobile orders and fairly friendly. Starbucks seems to be having issues acquiring and/or keeping longer straws in stock all over the place which is mildly irritating.

Order three caramel ribbon crunch from this Starbucks and in one of the drinks was someone's hair... Not only that usually at other starbucks there's coffee in the caramel ribbon crunch but they gave only whip cream and caramel... Give or take the manager or supervisor had an attitude

Ordered 2 cream based drinks. They came with coffee. Took them back into the store. They acted like we had offended them. They proceeded to make our original order quite poorly. Very off putting. Thank goodness there are tons of other options out there.

Horrible.. 😠No blonde coffee or dark roast.🤔..Hot coffee was luke warm..😲 and sooo many coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup.🤨 No wonder McDonald's drive thru wrapped around the building.😁 I thought I was doing something going to an empty Starbucks🥴
