Yes. I would bring food and bottles of water. An insulated bag would be appropriate, given how warm it gets here. There are several areas with tables for eating.
I didn't see any no food signs. They sell food and water which is necessary
I believe so, there is a place that you can get food there and I didn't see anything against it when I was there.
