There isn't an elevator but a ramp on the right side of the restaurant.

There is a ramp on the right side of building that will take you around to the bay side of the building.It nice we used it when we where there

No, there's a ramp. I've actually been there in a wheelchair before. It's a great place with beautiful views of the water & relaxing atmosphere.
