We go to O'Charley's every Friday. The front house staff is always very nice. Our favorite server is Haley. She is the best. She always remembers what we usually order, and how we like it (rare, med, etc, no tomatoes, extra ranch, etc) and what we want to drink. She always lets us know when they have new items that we should try. She's the BEST!

If O'Charley's has a website, you should make an inquiry, or a suggestion, regarding their use sweetened butter, over plain butter.
We didn't have to, but it may be wise to call ahead regardless.
