We arrived around 5:30 pm on a Tuesday evening and the place seemed a little slow so we weren't sure. I'm glad we stayed. We ordered fried green tomatoes and gumbo to start. They were both delightful. The fried green tomatoes were very crispy and the pimiento cheese made for a great bite. My husband had the catfish and I had the shrimp and grits. Oh my. They were both well worth staying for. We also tried the mashed potatoes and red rice. Not a huge fan of the red rice but that is more my taste than anything wrong with it. The potatoes were creamy but still had chunks for texture. The server we had was amazing, kind, right there to check on us and get us more drinks, etc. Highly recommend.

Amazing food, cocktails, specials and service!! My boyfriend and I were very impressed! He’s a Chef in Charleston so that speaks volumes! We love supporting local restaurants. One of our favorite places to hang out and enjoy delicious food!

Probably the most authentic Charleston food experience we had on our trip! I had the quail and it was amazing! So was the rest of the food. Great service and a unique dining experience. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!

After having an awful customer service experience at the nearby Firestone, see review....I came down here to chill out. Excellent service and an outstanding shrimp po boy with Dukes mayo! The macaroni salad was to die for and the sweet tea very comforting.

Yes, I believe it does. I think you have to order before end of business the Friday before. But double check that.
We will close 12.24.19 at 3 P.M. and reopen 12.26.19 for regular hours.
Our lunch and brunch services are first come, first served. For dinner, reservations are not required, but are recommended--especially if you have a party larger than 4 or want to eat at prime time (6:30-7:30) with no wait.
No i believe only Tuesday not sure i would call the restaurant. They are worth going to. My wife and I do not live in South Carolina went there with son and family.
Just don't get the ravioli. Or the muscles. Maybe everything else is good.
