Receptionist couldn't find my insurance plan and then just decided to tell me that they couldn't assist me because there must be something wrong with my plan. Been to plenty of doctors who have no problem locating and using my insurance. Then says I must be out of network, even though she just claimed she could not find it through my member Id and told me I must pay out of pocket; when I have insurance that covers a eye exam and glasses! What a joke, taking my business elsewhere and i suggest you do the same!

The doctor there does not take any insurances at all, its all out of pocket. The lady i spoke with did not seem interested in helping me at all.
