Lovely staff, super nice. I placed an online order at 6pm to pick up at 7:30. When I got there, they hadn't even started making it, and I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order which was wrong. I lost my meal break.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because there fry's are fantastic... Service was awful, it was like we were bothering them... The order was wrong... This place used to great, no more though to many other places out there.......... Sad....

Your price for you 10count traditional wings are out the roof!!! 15.00 for 10 Wings!!! And they are small. I was over charged but I came back the next day and the nice manager did me right. I tried to tell the young lady at the window when I paid that it was too much for my order. She kept saying that she was not on the mic when I placed my order but she didn't bother to look at the ticket before she was handing my food to me. So I came back and saw the manager.

I ordered Black and Blue Zalad, buffalo style not blackened. I asked if chick was grilled or fried? She said fried. Can I get it grilled? Um yeah let me see. Coworker asked if she needed help...she said no. The total was 10.24. Got my drink sat down and started looking at my receipt. Which read: 1 Blknd Blue Zalad. 7.29 2 Mediterranean (??) 1 Extra Sauce Tongue Sauce .25 which I didn’t ask for. When I picked up my order sure enough there was that Sauce and the Mediterranean dressing. Then I realized she didn't ask what dressing I wanted so I handed that to her and ask for Blue cheese. As I waited I asked her why she charged me for that sauce? She said because I bumped it to grilled. Then she says oh they gave actually you one? Why did they give you one? Uh duh I held up the receipt and said cause you charged me for it. She said I'll take it if you don't want it. I was like wow no I payed for it Ill keep it. So they charge for grilled chicken? Who knows and neither did she.
