Have been seeing these doctors for about six months and it is been the worst experience I’ve ever had. No one answers the phone I make appointments and show up and they tell me I don’t have an appointment it takes them at least a week to refill my prescriptions which I’m on a lot of them. I’m just so sick of this doctors office looking for a new primary care

Going there for over a year now. I have to say the overall experience has been phenomenal. Dr Scott and Sutherland are both very caring and professional. That girl Tasha though... She is amazing🖖🤟.

Completely incompetent staff. Have a scheduled appointment and then make a 5 year old autistic girl wait 2 hours. I picked them because they were the closest to where we moved to. Only had them as PCP for 3 weeks and changing PCP to another. If I was dying, I would just stay home and Google my symptoms 😑

I went on Friday and felt like death. I hate going to Drs for colds but this went to my lungs. The staff was so compassionate and effective. Next time I will not wait before making an appointment because everyone was so nice.
