Would it be worth coming out to Windmill Island on the fifth, or would it be better to wait a week to see the blooms? Thanks

Tulips are looking great. I predict they'll peak around the 8th.

Best to wait a couple extra days, more blooms to see,, i will be there on the fifth tho and will only see about half of what blooms, very pretty and you have to watch the dance

I'd wait at least til last week in May it will all be worth it

Hi Jim, as of today we had about 50-60% bloom around our main campus/buildings area and about 10% in our fields so it depends if you're looking for mass tulips or a wider variety. With the warm weather tomorrow we expect to see another several varieties bloom. With moderate weather ahead we do expect to see good color for a while. We hope to see you soon!

Flowers are due to bloom best in or around the 13th. If you wait until then everything will be quieter, restaurants, hotels and the roads but there will be less events on such as parades, fair and concessions.

Fewer flowets means frwer people so it depends on what you want to see
