Son tested positive with an at home Covid test so we were pretty eager to try to get him a test through somewhere. We looked online and everywhere had times for tmrw and the future only, we found some times at CVS (this location), so we quickly scheduled one for 5:15pm. We live in Zeeland so it’s not a quick trip, we get our sick son into the car who wants to lay in bed. Drive there, wait in line just to be told the only person that does the tests at this location went home early. So they can’t help us and for us to make appointment for tomorrow. Ridiculous, they are obviously not checking the appointment times online to make sure no one has claimed them and/or blocking out the times left, if the employee decided to go home early. Waste of a trip and time and moving my sick son in the car with my husband. So just be careful if you are trying to schedule a PCR Covid test at this location, might be a waste of time and gas! **Great! My son just got back home puking everywhere from the motion of the car, thanks CVS! At least if he got his test, it would of been worth the trip 😠

I understand being short staffed and not able to run 24 hours. However, can u please change sign in window and hours online if your NOT GONNA BE 24 hours. Pretty annoying driving to CVS for nothing!!! Especially since gas is not cheap!!

This CVS is the slowest service ive ever seen in any store EVER i waited 30 minutes in the drive through cause 2 people were ahead of me so i left cause i couldnt wait any longer i came back an hour later to find out who ever i spoke to the night before who told me my scripts would be ready by noon today didnt get them ready and it was gonna take another 25-35 minutes to fill them this has to be the most pathetic pharmacy or any sort of service store ive ever wittinessed thank god im just gonna go else where i cant deal with complete morans if u have a choice DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE its a total waste of time

This review is for the CVS store. Like many others, my experience with the pharmacy has not been the greatest. The store itself is like most others, but the customer service is amazing. In particular, Robin is incredible. She is always friendly, helpful, cheerful and goes above and beyond. Thank you, Robin, for great customer service.
