Hi Teddy, it's unlikely that there will be tulips in April. Early to mid May is typically the best time to see tulips in bloom but it all depends on the weather going forward. Keep track on our website and Facebook page.
I went last year in may and tulip hasn't been that great... considering winter is severe and still out this part of world, I dont think tulips will be at it's best till June
