Maximum 2 hours. Don't expect a lot of tulips
You will be good, if you reach at 2:00(take care of timezone, just in case you are not in Eastern time). Ticket will cost 25USD for two adults and a kid. You can buy cash or credit. Don't expect a lot of Tulips. We found the place just ok.
I highly recommend the factory instead of the island if you're looking for tulips! But an hour is good to see the windmill.
If you go thru all the displays and movie and get to take the tour of the windmil, 4-5 hours.... photos of the tulips etc...a beautiful afternoon.
You can spend for 2 hours... take look at the stalls, climb on top of windmill, carousel etc...
If you enjoy taking pics you might spend about 2 to 3 hours They offer windmill tour also which would take like 30 minutes based on crowd They have many demonstrations of Dutch culture and artifacts to see and also buy

Depends on how much you want to do there. They have a lot of demonstrations set up that you can listen to. We were there with a class for about 2 hours and didn't make it through all of it

It is open till 5 i think so 3 hours should be enough...the only thing that might take time is the windmill tour.
