Best is just go talk to the Manager, and show an interest in working. Friendly & outgoing makes for a good waitress or hostess. Be yourself, not someones relative.

I wouldnt now much about that, but i would suggest that you go in and ask to talk to the manager and talk with him in person, that is the best way to show intrest in a job position.
