What a great staff! Caring and non-judgmental. I will say that there were a bunch of dogs 🐕 there. The breakfast is hot and yummy, with lots to choose from. The yogurt was a cheap brand and not very good. The beds are clean and comfortable. My only issue with the place is that it took forever to get the air to get cold. Some people like this, the shower head is like a rainshower, I am not one of those people. I will say that the water got hot quickly.

Stopped here on our way to CO. We were travelling with two dogs and they were super accommodating, giving us a first floor room near an exit so as not to disturb other guests. The rooms were good, a bit on the smaller side but the bathroom was spacious and the shower was really nice. Didn't experience any of the amenities except breakfast but that was good. Coffee and food were constantly being monitored to keep from running out. It definitely wasn't the cheapest option but worth every penny!

This place goes above and beyond when it comes to service. Having stayed in a lot of hotels, none beat the service of this company. How can you beat a hotel that offers you a free breakfast AND free happy hour food AND free drinks? You can't. They even upgraded us to a suite when we showed up a little early and our room was not ready. No hotels do that. I will be making sure to try and book with them first from now on. Incredible service. And the suite was really nice too!

Clean, convenient hotel with very nice staff and amenities. We got in late so were up on the top floor. Usually we prefer to stay on the bottom floor as we travel with a small dog, but the upper floor was very quiet and the elevator easily accessible. They have a nice grassy area for pets. Lots of options close by for meals, in addition to free hot breakfast. It's not easy to find places that allow dogs for a reasonable price; even more challenging to find ones that work well. We'll definitely keep this hotel at the top of our list when we go through Amarillo.

Yes u can for fee & u can't leave ur pet in your room except to eat when they serve breakfast & dinner or if ur getting a snack

Yes. Same rules as dogs, that is, you may not leave the cat alone in the room, and you must take the cat out through the stairwell.
I have parked mine next to road by the sidewalk in the parking lot in front of the Hotel.
