Ordered 2 Papadillas and we were both very disappointed. On the picture they had at least 3x more filling than ours had. We had 1 pepperoni&cheese and 1 mushroom&bacon. Very disappointed. Will not order a Papadilla ever again.

This establishment singlehandedly killed my love of pizza. Every time I order from this place, the order turns out disgusting. I even order classic combinations that shouldn't taste bad. Crust? Garbage. Better ingredients, better pizza? Don't make me laugh. I can make better pizza in less time with low-end grocery store ingredients.

*Update* 02/12/2022. Tried ordering online again. Same issue. Website still down! Same app issues. Same “could you repeat that” static, voice cut out over the phone. Made sure to tell them of the issue and they said they are aware. I wonder how much money Papa Johns Corporate is costing these franchisees with their lame website? Was going to order a pizza. Website is down as well as the app. When you call, there is excess static and miscommunication. This has been going on for awhile now.

I'm an over the road driver and use papa johns all over the country, that being said. This has to be the 2nd worst pizza I've ever had the displeasure of getting from papa johns. My garlic knots are more just dry bread knots, my pizza crust is not at all what I'm used to with papa johns this crust has no rise to and tastes no better than a little Ceasars pizza..highly disappointed paid almost 30 dollars for hot and ready quality pizza. Save yourself the hassle and skip papa johns while in amarillo
