No change machine in any Wells Fargo branch now, poor customer service.

I have been here twice to open a business account!! They are rude and lazy!! They don’t even say hello and close the door to have a gossip session!! Laugh and cutting up! Then another lady comes around Ree corner 15 minutes later and says that isn’t going to happen it takes to long schedule an appointment after I did twice!!! Horrible service!!! Closing all my accounts today!!!!

May 9 2022 Rude employees. I needed change for a $100 bill. They would not unless I had a Checking Account. I do have a car loan with them. I pay a lot in interest. I for sure will not open a checking account. What happen to Customer Service?? I

Extremely slow and incredibly understaffed. One person working FOUR drive thru lanes, one person working the window with the line out the door. Wells Fargo closed two branches in Amarillo and didn’t even increase the staff in the remaining branches. For the record, the person behind the counter and at the drive thru window seemed really nice. This is a local management as well as Wells Fargo issue and I’m sorry that they have to work in those conditions. I saw the manager emerge from the office and it looked like she had been sleeping. She then stared at the long line and went back to the side office, that’s just sad and a stellar example of poor leadership. Lead from the front!
