Went back multiple times over two days with each time telling us the prescription will be ready in another hour. Can't tell you how many hours we wasted traveling to and then waiting in line just to find out that once again the prescription wasn't ready. We will definitely be finding another pharmacy

I cannot recommend this location of Walgreens for their Pharmacy. I got my prescription refilled at this location, or requested it. Their phone service told me it would be ready at 8 a.m. the next day and that I would be notified if there was any delay. I went to pick it up two days later, and was told that it was never refilled because they were waiting on authorization from my doctor. This was on Saturday. The lady was rude and wanted me to get out of line and leave....They had all Friday when my doctor's office was open to let me know that there was a delay, and they never bothered to do it. I'm going without medication right now because this place could not be bothered to do what their phone service said would be done. I would have called and checked had the message not said that, but instead I trusted what the message told me.
