We did it Sunday at 4.5 ft. Foat was"fast" about 2 hours. We diverted to a slower channel so it was 3 hours for us. Faster flows are also more refreshing water temps. 2 ft foot flow is a 4-5 hour float. But water usually warm and not as refreshing.
