Hands down the BEST FRIED CHICKEN AND CHOCOLATE CAKE this side of the Blue Ridge!! Tasty and tender!! If you’re ready for a cheat day on your diet definitely get the chicken with Mac n Cheese , and great coleslaw. Then wash it down w the cake slice! Thank heaven for the COOK! 😍

The current owners have done a great job of navigating the COVID outbreak while still providing good food at a good price. I enjoy their daily specials in a pleasant dining atmosphere. Recently they had it decorated quite nicely for the Christmas season.

Great place to eat. They have multiple foods to eat along with desserts. I had a double cheeseburger with a large order of fries...seasoned with old bay! The burger was freshly made. My wife had country fried steak beets and mashed potatoes with gravy. She had no complaints. If you are in the area of Scottsville, Va. ..stop by and give them a try...you won't regret. Service workers, same for you..their food will fill you up.
