Just a nice place for a picnic and /OR take a good hike through the woods. Abundant wildlife and plants. Lots of trees falling with the storms, be careful

What a beautiful paddle. Unfortunately, there is a large tree down blocking the ability to get all the way down but still a beautiful place to enjoy an afternoon. There are also ground trails.

Water is brown, mosquitos were EVERYWHERE. Standing water all over. Hikes were nice and low key, but all the bugs made it terrible with a toddler. We were there from 9am-11am ish.

Very pretty area. I found the information paper on the reservoir, however there was no map for any of the trails. I got a little bit lost on the trails. I suggest that they put some maps at the beginning of the trail heads to help people out. I also looked on the application called Alltrails and it did not have this area anywhere for some reason. Overall it's a pretty good hiking spot through the trails if you are a moderately experienced hiker. Bring the bug spray!
