Always a nice place to hang out. It does get crowded, but they have nice stores. Beware of the retail kiosk, some of the merchants can be very pushy and persistent when offering their services.

You need to make an appointment for everything. And if you’re late by 10 minutes they will tell you take a set let’s see what we could do. Then you wait to 2 hours for the next appointment time. I understand I was late but a 2 hour wait time for a 10 minutes different!? I literally knew what I needed to do. Why couldn’t I just drop off my phone and come back later? I appreciate the advice to call apple care. Your system needs to change read all the one star review most of them are because of appointments. Thank you

I have a horrible experience with Reggie who was assigned to me in purchasing iPhone 13 pro on Wednesday March 2nd 2022 at Apple store garden state plaza in Paramus. After I insisted I needed to do phone to phone data back up from my old phone to new one, he still had tried to pull his last trick at the actual process of backing up the data. He told me this iPhone 13 pro doesn’t have the feature to do it! What a lie. I had to take the phone to do it Infront of him and did it successfully. With him, i am sure he was lying to get me out of the store after the purchase in a shortest amount of time and do all the iCloud back up at home. I don’t mind iCloud but I had told him iCloud back up in my past experiences didn’t go well. He didn’t respect my wish and tried all his way to nOt do the transfer via phone to phone. What if I wasn’t knowledgeable and believe him for it? I came to apple store to purchase the new phone (pay in full) instead of Verizon for the apple customer service. I thought they would help me with their best ability. What I actually got was lies to get away in helping. This is very upsetting.

great store with great service! despite showing up 10 minutes before closing (which as a worker in customer service i know is a pain), an associate named ernest was very understanding and helped me out today. he was kind and patient and made the process of exchanging my phone quick and easy. although i did feel bad for being one of “those” people who show up right before closing, he reassured me that he was more than happy to help and the transaction didn’t feel rushed or forced at all. great service, 11/10 would recommend this location :)

Call Apple customer service, get appointment, it's so easy and they answer quickly...
If the person ever had their number attached to an iPhone and they never reset the phone and removed from icloud it will try to use imessages. They need to delete the phone if they have an icloud account.
