I would give 0 stars if I could. My family and I used to be a regular customers here since 2018 but I have been going to Gongcha instead because the workers at Kung Fu are extremely rude. The staff back then was amazing but I have noticed that now there is a couple that picks and chooses who they give free drinks to. I always understood when they gave it to mall workers or janitors but it seems to be to everyone they know. The boy with the black curly hair is definitely the rudest so I do not even walk past there if I see that he is working.

Very bad experience as the pictures show below. Only half of the drinks and tons of the ice. I'm very surprised and found this incredulous.It doesn't reflect the honesty that people expect.
