So I’m trying to understand why is it I have to keep coming up here every other week because my stuff in my case is not done properly? And why is it if u call u have to wait a hour just to speak to someone?

I too stayed on the phone over an hour waiting to get someone. When I finally not someone, the lady was yawning the hole time, seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing. When I asked questions about what she was working on, she laughed and threatened to make me call back and speak with someone else. After 2 hours, she did not help me and said someone will be calling me back in two days. I'm certain that won't happen. My next plan is to go into the office. Doesn't sound like that will be a good experience either.
