These people are miserable and DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. If you hate your job quit. No help on the phones or in person. You will get 3 parts aditude and 1 part bad customer service. Either the agents are nice and unhelpful, or can help you but wont and are having a bad life or hate their job, or you, I havent figured it out yet. There is no accountability for how they talk to customers in or on the phone, especially on the phone. Who watches the watchmen.... no one, now hold for the next agent who won't help you, frustrate you, and make you want to hang up after being on hold for 30 minutes plus, getting transferred to anyone who cant help. Also agents, talking over customers or just waiting for you turn to regurgitate your training or a piece of paper is rude and callous. It should not be an us verse them mentality when your asking for help

They don't answer the phone I have been calling for over a week every day and they put me on hold for many hours and they never answer the phone rather they hanged up on me. When I go in person the employees are very rude, nasty, lazy, unprofessional men and women. Most of them needs to be fired and the mayor need to restructure these social service agency. Oh nevermind the mayor is no different herself, they are the reflection of her administration.

I feel sorry for the people who have to go to this office every day. A simple paper work takes days to be processed at this location. The public service in developing countries is much better than this location. I went there to drop off a form for someone and after I waited there for 2 and half hours, they had to kick everybody out calling the security because the time was 4:45 pm. During the waiting, only one person was working while 4 others were chatting and laughing. Unbelievable!!! I was always against the idea of technology replacing these types of jobs in a couple of years, after my experience at this particular location, I think it is the best idea. The employee st this location treat the people as their enemy when the are the reason they all have jobs. I don't even know how they find those employees because everyone in the building has the same DNA.

I too stayed on the phone over an hour waiting to get someone. When I finally not someone, the lady was yawning the hole time, seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing. When I asked questions about what she was working on, she laughed and threatened to make me call back and speak with someone else. After 2 hours, she did not help me and said someone will be calling me back in two days. I'm certain that won't happen. My next plan is to go into the office. Doesn't sound like that will be a good experience either.
