Is it legal to swim there after swimming season is over? I read that it ended September 10th, but my son wants to swim there with family for his birthday this Friday, the 15th. Is it prohibited once season is over?

Not prohibited to swim after season. It is swim at your own risk. No life guard on duty.

There is never a life guard on duty, but they do remove the ropes/buoys from this area in the fall. Swimming is still allowed, but at your own risk, as always.
