There was a drone flying over beach swimming area yesterday between 2 and 3:30. Are there rules about drones flying and hovering over swimmers and beach goers?

Drones can only fly over people when operated by Licenced drone pilot and in a park requires written permission from park ranger

Never had that happen. Maybe mention it to camp host or someone at the marina.
