Duplicate 6 year license is $12.50. If wanting a regular MO license we need 1 proof of identity (birth certificate, passport, social security card, expiref/voided previous MO license or any other picture id. Plus 1 proof of residence. You will need to know your social security #. Or you can get a real ID. This requires birth certificate or non expired passport/ an original social security card that has NOT been laminated and 2 proofs of residence. If married or have any name change from birth certificate, you would also need s copy of marriage certificate or court ordered papers that allow name change.
