When the pay for a review to be removed because they don’t want the Consumers to know. CONSUMERS BEWARE. Purchased a bed for my 71 year old mom. 2 days after the delivery she wasn’t happy with it. She’s been a returning customers for years unfortunately she likes this furniture store. She came back and purchased a different bed and they we’re supposed to deliver the next day. When the guy came he left her bed on the floor and said he was only there to pick up and drop off, not to assemble anything. Note that’s what the $130 delivery fee is included as well checked the website. But check this the website charges only $100 for next day delivery and assembly. But they charged her $130 twice. Did not deliver the box spring, and left the bunkie board from the other bed. Called the furniture store and Humberto is to busy to answer the phone. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and Bureau of Household Goods and services. Take note that they overcharged me a restocking fee even thou they did not disclaim it before purchasing. Normally it’s 10% but they charged me $50 each item which is more than 50% for the board and 33% more for the bed frame. I might have to take them to small claims to get a reimbursement for all this trouble. It’s sad this family owned furniture store takes advantage of the Hispanic community just because consumers don’t know better. $1825 for a broken bed and missing parts that what I got.

Came inside looking for 2 dining chairs Was told a price of 150 per chair. Even at that ridiculous price I was in need of chairs so I agreed .. than once I was ready to pay they told me that’s the price per chair without it being built ( so built an added 50 per chair ) and extra 100$ charge if I wanted it delivered ( one black away ) They wanted nearly 500$ for 2 dining chairs. How ridiculous. Never coming back again.
