I don’t know what happened to this office, we started going to Phycinity 2 years ago and it was amazing. They greeted my son by his name and he adored Dr.Caban and Alex. Our past few visits have been horrible. The wait time is atrocious and the new staff is less than desirable. Our appointment was at 9:45am and we weren’t seen until 11:10am. We tried to reschedule around 10:15am since the office was so crowded and we were told there was only one person ahead of us so we decided to stick it out. Turns out that was a lie and there were several others ahead of us, at that point there was no reason to say anything. Hopefully things improve, in the meantime we are going to see a different pediatrician.

Dr. Caban is amazing, we love him. However, I do not recommend phycinity. To keep it short and sweet: the Spring Lake location has been filthy every time we went. Additionally, we have showed up 10 or more minutes early to every appointment and routinely wait an hour or more to be seen. Finally, good luck reaching anyone from phycinity on the phone if you have any medical questions. They utilize an answering service made up of non-medical personnel who forward messages to the phycinity staff (who may get back to you in two hours or two days). Dr. Caban is five stars for sure, but I deeply regret choosing phycinity for our child.

We had our first well baby scheduled for 3:00 and after sitting there looking at the dirty walls and floors, constant traffic in a tiny packed waiting room with no division between “well” and “sick” patients we got up and left.

This place has done a 180 in the worst way since we started coming here three years ago. Initially, they were amazing, took their time and were personal. The last 3 times we have been here, we have waited over an hour and a half past our scheduled appointment time. The front desk staff is rude and doesn’t seem to care about anything other than being on their phones. No one knows what they’re doing and everything is so unorganized. This place used to be so great. It’s such a shame what it’s turned into. Every time we come now, we wait forever to be seen, then feel like just a number once we finally see someone. Hannah, the NP is amazing, but I don’t trust anyone else there with my kids’ health at this point. We will be finding a new pediatrician.

From my experience they have alot of patients but they are good with calling you back
No he does not. He is a pediatrician that sees kids up to the age of 17-18.
