Kaiser Permanente Central Refill Pharmacy

There seems to be some confusion - judging by older reviews - about this place. This is a mail order pharmacy (MOPC) that serves Hawaii and probably California. It isn’t a clinic, physician office, or hospital. I have only refilled my medications online, and the invoice that comes in the mail lists this address along with my local pharmacy phone number. It seems if I call my number and press 5 I can connect to this Downey location. I’ve never had a problem refilling my medicine but I have not tried to phone in my order. My suggestion is to do the refills online, when everything else including making doctor appointments and getting test results are online already.

They are rude, the hold time on the phone was over an hour. They send used medical supplies. I am not sure why someone would have a mean girl attitude with a patient trying to get diabetic supplies. But she sure did. Imagine if you can that maybe she will be the patient and get back what she has been giving. She don't know me.. I sure ain't the one...

Since being a member of Kaiser, Almost all of our experiences there have been top notch .Appointments are on time,Urgent Care moved relatively quick, Pharmacy also moved very quickly. Staff has also been friendly and efficient. Very pleased.

I called to request some information on my dad’s prescription, (mind you this is my first time ordering for mail delivery) and both ladies I spoke to (Jessica and some other lady) were very rude. I don’t usually have any problems especially being a Kaiser member for years and this is thee worst encounter I’ve had.
