Ice cream is great , best ever. But the low rating is based off of their customer service. They mess up orders, don't pay attention to instructions. They will forget to do some of your ice creams and move on to other customers who ordered after you. It's not rocket science.

I gave it 5 stars because I think its the best ice cream i tasted. It kinda far from my residence. Pints are expensive but I’m willing to pay. With that in mind, i expect to get what i paid for. They gave me the wrong pint, which they made while i waited. I asked for matcha, i got it, and chocolate with banana. They gave me vanilla. Be sure you get the right one.

I love the ice cream here it’s very good and always has a very smooth texture to it. A regular bowl is kinda small and cost $5.50 can rack up to more if you want things added in. There is parking on the street and across street near Porto’s. My kids love to watch the ice cream nitro cloud that gets created. I think they like that better then the ice cream! I highly recommend the coconut ice cream with Nutella and almonds it’s the best!!!

Ice cream is pretty creamy and it’s got a good flavor not the best I ever tried, but a little expensive I had three regular size two one topping one with three it came out to 24$ so each base is 6$ n each topping is $1 each. Not very impressed!
