I have been coming here for 5 years now and Ada hands down the best at what she does. She helped me with my wedding ring, my watches, the gifts I would by my mother, to the gifts I get my significant other. By far the best. The service here is absolutely horrid, if i could have given them a 0 i wouldve. The manager named Ada is thee worst Manager, I spoke to her regarding my ring that they polished amd cleaned and I paid to get both rings resized, when I got them back one was a different color from when I gave it to them. She disrespected me so much and actes as if I was at fault and wouldnt even get the ring fixed even though it was the companies fault. I will be writting a letter and speaking to corporate regarding this manner and the employee Candy who also works there. Kays jewelry is all together horrible, my stone came out 3days after purchase.
