I've been going to the Downey office since 2013 and was really pleased with Dr Lena, Michelle and the staff. My last visit was December 2020 during the week of Christmas. I was prepped for a crown and the technician fitting my temporary was impatient and in and a hurry. When I left the office and was getting in my car the temporary crown popped off and I immediately had to go back in the office to have it cemented again. What made me upset was seeing the technician getting upset and stomping her feet in the hallway when she was getting ready to leave for the day. Unprofessional!! I've not been back since.

My first visit to this location was a pleasant one. The staff was professional and never kept me waiting long. The new patient process was quick and easy they got me completing my X-rays and consultation in no time. Definitely will be staying with them.

I’ve only been to this office twice, one for the first patient visit and second to get my wisdom teeth removed. Both appointments were just alright, nothing more. The concerns I had about my teeth, I felt were not being heard or taken seriously or maybe it’s just because of my dental insurance. I was told by the surgeon and the assistant I could keep my wisdom teeth, so after my appointment today my sister called and asked about my teeth(I couldn’t due to gauze in my mouth) someone told her that’s not allowed because of “covid”. I’m positive what happened was miscommunication so my extractions were thrown away and they just didn’t want to admit that. Would only recommend this place if it’s absolutely imperative.
