Arrive early and don't be afraid to ask if you can have an occupied site next. Most people are pretty cool about it.
Check out is 11am I would be there a little before that if possible. The best sites are on left side of the camp ground. I was up there last week and every site was full almost as soon as someone left someone else arrived. Good luck and have fun
