I have a question. When dining in this place, is it necessary to tell them I would like my food warm. Obviously, they don't unless you ask. Horrible customer service.

Rude comment and TOTALLY untrue. If by chance your food wasn't warm how about you letting them know! Instead of being rude! We have eaten there numerous times AND delicious each time. Service was excellent. I am thinking it may have been the patron!
