It was an unexpected surprise to find out that a place named "Trapper Pete's" has a decent sized vegan menu! There aren't a whole lot of options on the North Shore for vegans, so it's nice to have a sit down place nearby! Not to mention it was pretty darn good!

Just love sitting by the fire and enjoying our meal. Servers are very friendly. Have good beers on tap. My husband had the full rack of BBQ ribs which we took home for lunch the next day! Yum!!!

$13.99 x2. And extra $1.25 for fries. A total of $34. Not worth what you get. Yikes. Told me a wait time if 30 minutes. Get there and they didn't even start. Yikes.

Our first time there and it was really good. The staff was very nice. The food was really good which has not been our luck lately when picking restaurants. Service was a little slow because nobody can get enough people to work in Minnesota. I had the steak tips with mashed potatoes, vegetables and gravy. I loved it. My wife had the steak salad, my daughter and son in-law had wraps, one granddaughter had a burger and the other had grilled. Everyone liked their food and everyone had something different which means the whole menu is good. It's a clean and nice looking place. We will go back.

We are only seating at 50% capacity, good distance between tables! Staff wears masks at all times and are screened prior to ever shift. Guests wear masks until after placing order and anytime they leave table (bathrooms). Extra sanitation on all tables and anything touched by guests.

I sent a Facebook message to Trapper's, as people at the restaurant didn't know. I was told that the manager will respond to the message. I'll post when I know. Yes, they are. They are having their traditional ham dinner plate special again this year. Now's a great time to make reservations!
Our Banquet Room holds up to 75 guests and room rental is $65.
