Does anyone know what the boat is that appears to be anchored off the coast of the Rodanthe Fishing Pier? It's been there for a couple of nights.

Thanks for your response. It is a decent size. Been our there a long time, around there from 7:30 or 8:00 until 3:30 a.m. so far. Have only seen one other ship go out.

If it's a pretty big, commercial type rig, it's probably a processing boat for the pogie fleet. They travel n packs and offload onto that one to save trips. If there are planes circling the other boats, that's probably it. I haven't been out there in a few days.
