As of 9/14/18, the pier is currently 0 feet long.
Only restricted on the extreme end of the pier for safety reasons
If your house comes with a pier pass, then yes you can fish off the pier.
There were dogs there when we were. We really enjoyed fishing on the Pier.
If you rent a beach house you get a free pass to the pier...if you wanna sightsee it cost 3$

Thanks for your response. It is a decent size. Been our there a long time, around there from 7:30 or 8:00 until 3:30 a.m. so far. Have only seen one other ship go out.
