No. It is just an area you can park and hang out at. There is a pond and river for fishing as well as a basketball hoop and a small walking path. The only thing you need a permit for us a fishing license if your fishing or a permit if you want to camp over night. Everything else is free to enjoy! In the winter there's a hill you can sled on!
