Yes as an airbnb & as a long-term rental, I'm pretty sure. But I wouldn't recommend it people have been having horror stories for years. I have seen weekend rentals leave blazing fires and go to bed with a fireband . I've seen nice houses destroyed by long term rentals. Just think very carefully on that one.
