Can't give zero stars so 1 star will have to do. I'm out of propane and have been calling everyday this week and they can't add me to the route. Then they show up to fill my neighbor's tank and refuse to fill mine even though I'm at zero. My tank has been empty all week.

Worst company ever. Tried to get a new tank set up for 6 weeks and still not a word from them. 3 canceled appointments without notice and ZERO calls. I will not be calling them again and suggest no one else try to use this company Update.01/26/22. do not use this company, stuck with them due to the service tech, was told they would wave all set up fees if I stayed so I did, 4 months later I owe $800.00 of late fees because they did not wave setup. Paid the fee and ordered propane. Over 2 weeks late and no gas. Told I missed it because other people were a high priority

We have run out of propane over 8 times in the last 4 years. I called Sunday because there was "paperwork error" that made them miss 2 deliveries. I paid 300 to have guaranteed delivery of propane within 24 hrs. I am still without propane at hour 30. You call the local office and it takes you to a call center who "escalates the ticket" Amerigas is worthless. Also I was suppose to have a fix done and I am 10 months in with no fix.

Please DON'T waste your time with this company. Do not make the same mistake that I did, which was to rely on Amerigas to provide me propane during the winter. I had a technician named, Bill, come to my place on September 10, 2020. He was very friendly and assured me I would have a tank delivered next week. Next week came and gone and there was no tank delivered. I called the local number which disconnects you immediately after the automated service comes on the line. The 1-800 customer service line is also pointless. I waited for an hour on hold only for it to disconnect me as well. I called a second time and after 38 minutes I spoke to a nice gal named Jessica. Jessica apologized and said I needed to be transferred to the local scheduler to have a tank delivered and when she transferred me I was disconnected. I called back and waited on hold for another 30 minutes, Jessica got on the line and apologized again and stated she would call the scheduler and to just hold on. After ten minutes she got back on the line and stated she could not get through to them and she would have to try them later. I went through this scenario several times a week with no help from anyone. I had gotten an email asking me to rate the service, which I did and told them what was going on, no reply back of course. I finally went to the local office and found that no one can answer the door and there is a sign on the door reading they are not filling tanks at this time and you have to go across the street to the gas station if you want your propane tank filled. I did not need a small propane tank, I needed 125 gallon tank filled which Bill stated I would have by the following week, which of course did not happen. The next day I went to the local office and saw a technician outside and asked to speak to Bill. Bill came out of the office and told me that he had forgotten about me and I needed to go with another company because they aren't filling the 125 gallon tanks anymore. Are you serious? After three weeks, you tell a prospective customer that she needs to go find another company when they could have called me or emailed me to let me know this information? Gladly I went to another company which supplied me the tank two weeks later. I know this review is long, but it gets WORSE! I get a call from their billing office telling me I owe them $250.00 for a tank and propane. I tell the gal that I do not have a tank and she transfers me to billing which I'm immediately disconnected. Long story short, I finally talk to someone from the billing dept and tell her my story and she states she will put in a request for my account to be closed. Now in January, 2021 I am getting calls from a collection agency telling me I have a bill for a service I have not been provided, and I'm currently on hold with the customer service trying to get through to someone, anyone that can help me. Do not make the mistake that I did thinking that this company can provide you propane or any type of respectful customer service.....
