I'm visiting here from California in Chicago last year when I got here I bought a battery and it was under warranty the acid came out so I went into Firestone Jose I believe his name is was more than helpful he order the battery for me to get there the next morning and I got there they replaced it for free and didn't even charge me for the service charge. they were kind they were quick they were efficient. I would definitely recommend this Firestone

I call this Firestone to buy tires bcz very close to my home. Lady at front desk she put me on hold and phone automatically cut off. So no more business to this place. Buying tire from discount tire now.

Excellent place for auto repair, sadly as with everything automotive it can be expensive. Plenty of parking and I believe 6 auto bay's. Long term mechanics here no kids learning.

I had a rasping noise from my brakes. I knew there was something wrong but they couldn't find anything. They told me all brake pads were good, rotors were good but THEY DID NOT TAKE THE CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE so they didn't HEAR the grinding noise. They did not recommend any brake work but the grinding noise continued as I drove out of the shop ! So it was a waste of time to go there.
