Bad bad bad experience today. Drop off my car 9am for flat tire and I took my car at 7pm. At last minute they said uh we can't fix your tire it's a big nail on the side so you have to buy new. I have no choice I paid for 228 because I need it. I'm not coming back

My experience today was so bad I drop off my car at 9am they told me it would be ready mid afternoon. Just to repair my tire which is under warranty I called and they said it was in line next @3:30pm I told them to check if my car needed brake fluid they said sure I call back around 5:40 and they said your car is next I go to the store @ 6;30pm my car still not ready I got my car @7:15 PmM they wanted to charge me 49.99 for the tire that was under warranty and the break fluid was never checked this is the worst place to take your car I will be calling corporate cause this was so ridiculous for a repair tire !

Worst service ever they promise you a time I took my car at 9:30 am for a flat tire to be repaired and they didn’t call me I had to be calling them to get my car at 7pm for a tire Repair

Worst service,in this location. Drop the car to replace one tire at 10:30. I have been told that it will be done by 3:00 pm. When I arrived at 3:30 the car was still in the same spot , where I left it. Next time I will strongly recommend the store in Franklin park. Friendly and quick. .
