the lady never showed up at our scheduled viewing! then they said the the next available appointment was a week later! i asked wouldn't the apartment be rented out by then? they said - yes! so what's the point of scheduling me? to show me what? that floor plan and price was up by $1500 more than what we wanted and were supposed to get! we really wanted that place! so upsetting!

Watch out for a very unprofessional leasing agent named Kerry at Olume. He would provide the very much wrong information that sounded attractive and guide you to an online application for the apartment. You'll be charged the application fee and a resident account will be created even before you're presented with the lease. When you find out the “confusion”, it’s already a mess. In general, it just felt like a scam.

This is literally the best building we have ever lived in. Its the people who service and manage the building that make it worthwhile. Its a feeling on a hotel in a very boutique building. I am lucky to live in such a clean, and lovely facility. Olume is dog friendly, which is the best feature for us. Angelo, the building manager is a gem, and Jack, the service manager is gods gift. Thank you team Olume for making us feel at home!

Fraudulent misrepresentation, a web of lies, deciet and mismanagement I suffered at the hands of Greystar Apartments' continued dysfunction and mismanagement at the Olume property. Put simply, I was shown an apartment , induced to sign a lease and did so only to be given an apartment which was entirely different to the one I signed a lease on in terms of layout, features and size. I called Olume daily to resolve the matter repeatedly only to be dealt with by no less than seven different 'managers' yet - no manager had the requisite authority ambition or ability to resolve the matter. I wrote letters in attempts to mutually resolve the matter, all of which fell on deaf ears. The Senior Community Manager - Mario Lopez even acknowledged that he had not read my letters because he was 'busy' one day before my renegotiated move in date. In the end I was offered the option of paying over $3,100 a year more, on move in day (and more one week later after waiting to reolve the issue) to move to an apartment like I was shown. Greystar management had essentially not only redacted an offer, they totally ignored the fact I was an incoming tenant. Staff never return phone calls, lead you on to expect a solution but don't deliver! The systematic, fraudulent representations made on the part of Greystar by its staff have cost me thousands in loss by way of double rent, additional rent increases on my current apartment, mover cancellations, cleaners and differing market conditions. I have never witnessed a more incompetent property management company that had tried to rent an apartment in my life. At $2,500 per month or more, you would expect a premium service. I would urge you to avoid moving to this property at all costs. Additionally, it is evident that staff of Olume are posting reviews about the property, here is an example of a fraudulent review left by a person named "Stefano Bruno" who also happened to be one of the leasing managers in the two month period I dealt with them. If the property is willing to go to the lengths of posting fraudulent reviews, imagine how they'll deal with you as a tenant or prospective tenant.
