I stopped by CitiFloral's Upper East Side location (despite the COVID shutdown) to get a new bunch of flowers. It was a very safe experience (masks were worn, we were socially distant, and I was the only customer allowed in the store at the time.) The flowers were fresh, the presentation was delightful, and the customer service by Jeff was wonderful.
