If you come early, or late, or in the afternoon, know the gym is fully packed. The person that did my membership said that it gets so slow that it gets lonely. Liar! Lots of out of order machines. You guys should have a limit on how many people you allow to sign up to this gym. It’s not big enough for the 800 people that come every day. Nothing is ever put back either. Limited dumbells too. If it wasn’t 5 minutes away from my house, I would’ve gone elsewhere. Cleanliness is questionable.

It's often pretty busy and stuff can be broken but for the membership price you can't really beat all the facilities you get.

Absolutely do not like the white broad at the front desk in the am she's alwaye grilling me stopping telling me something about my account like bih u seee everyday come in here why u think something is wrong with my account u take your job too seriously I heard y'all make like 12$ a hour bih u can't even talk to me my teenage daughter makes more than that get a real career.

Omar if your at the Harlem location they don't require to have the mask on while working out but if you your walking around to different area in gym then your required to wear your mask 😷 in the city Xsport your require to wear it at all times.
I agree with you it's absolutely ridiculous and I think the reason is when the pandemic hit they switch their hours and they just quite have not switched it back yet they're a little bit slow apparently but I hope they get it back to normal and back to 24 hours like they intended to be

Depends on if you only want a certain xsport or all the xpsorts. I believe they have a sale buy a year get a year free. Don't quote me on that but I'd call the closest xsport to you to confirm.

Pay cash! I learned my lesson with three overdraft fees in one week the hard way! Corporate said oh well and I had to cancel the card! Which created a banking domino effect for me. I love my new home Gym, but distance myself from corporate!
There are many kids, I assume it would be safe as there is 1 or more employees working in the play area. I would call to check tho
You have to sign up for a 7 day pass. If they sign up for it, it expires 1 week after assignment, regardless of use. Guest cannot use special facilities (I.e., pool, basketball court) which is reserved for members
