I hear Manzanita is a good place to go. We didn't see any whales when we went twice to Ecola. :(
Depoe Bay is great...Cape Kiwanda and Ecola are good as well but depends on time of year and just the whales themselves. Best time to go, winter mid-late Dec or Spring last week of March
