Smith county has 5 M.D.'s and 2 nurse practioners. They have new industry coming in, new hospital, etc.
Kristy - We have a team of five wonderful, full-time providers. We also have two that are each here two weeks out of the month from Docs Who Care that have been serving our facility for about five years. The total team is made up of two MDs, two Physician Assistants, and three Advanced Nurse Practitioners. Together, they are a robust team of healthcare professionals that can serve a variety of medical needs - from preventative care to chronic illness to emergency room care. We also have a wide variety of specialists that hold clinics in our facility in order to provide the community with specialized care without having to travel. Overall, Phillipsburg is a wonderful community to come back "home" to.
There's one actual Dr that is not taking new patients at the time. The other 4 of them r either PAs or RN practioners
