Have been going to Wilmington Health in Jacksonville for few years. I have always received excellent care. The Family medical division is caring, understanding. Noah Camp listen to my needs and has help me overcome any medical fears. During the COVID his office was able to meet any medical needs I need. The staff their is always welcoming, and friendly. They have many services to meet my medical needs. The confidence I have with Noah Camp is that he does his best heal me instead of just treat me with medications. They are not perfect ,but close, and they own their mistakes instead of make excuses.

I would not recommend seeing Dr. Kelly Rich. I have been her patient for almost a year. During an appointment with Dr. Rich I was speaking to her about getting some lab work and she said she refused to order them because she was overwhelmed. When I responded that I would not ask her for anything else she then came all the way around to were I was sitting by the wall and proceeded to put her fingers in my face and accuse me of choosing her as her doctor for my own reasons. I advised her to step back and put her finger down as she was being aggressive. I then told her that I had chosen Wilmington Health because they were in my network and I got stuck with her as my doctor. I also advised her that she had no right as a doctor to talk to me or any other patient in the in the manner that she had. I told her that she was unprofessional and disrespectful and if she had a issue with the three questions that I had during the visit the appropriate and professional thing to do would have been to take care of what she could that day and request that I schedule another follow up appointment. I then left the appointment. As an African American female I often feel that I am ignored and my concerns are dismissed by the health care system. I advocate for myself and always have because of this. Having been generally healthy my entire life this past year has been difficult as I have navigated the health system more than I ever have before due to a unexplained pain and illness which I am now being told is autoimmune. I was upfront and transparent when I first met Dr. Rich about my other diagnosis which I now truly regret as I feel she used that information to try to bully me. I also advised her that I know I could not be the only patient she ever had with similar diagnosis and as a doctor she needed to learn how to effectively deal with different patients. I will never return to see her again.

I called in and made an appointment for Audiology. I wrote down the date and time of the appointment. I had to take off a day of work because they only do hearing test on Wednesdays in Jacksonville. I went to the appointment as I thought was scheduled. Went up to the front desk when it was my turn and gave the lady all my information and appointment time. She informed me that my appointment time was for 1100 am not 0900 am. I felt stupid that myself or the lady that I had talked with to make the appointment had screwed up. I have never had an appointment where the place didn't call and/or text you to remind you of the appointment. If Wilmington Health would start this practice it would greatly help any confusion, if any about appointment time and date. Thank You

Very short wait for a doctor. Was seen by the doctor. He was very nice. The staff was very nice and didn't waste time. The doctor listened to my concerns. A prescription was written for my medications. Everything that was done was to my satisfaction. My visit only took a total of 35 minutes. That includes my time filling out the paperwork.
