Incredibly unprofessional. Had the initial appointment (after months of waiting) at 1:30. I got there at 1 to fill out the paperwork and I checked in at 1:20. I had a teleconference in their office with someone for about 15 minutes and I was told the doctor will be in shortly. After 30 minutes I asked someone if we’re going to be seen and he rudely replied that initial appointments are 1hour and 30 minutes usually and told me to wait. At 2:50 I left the office without seeing a doctor. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

This place is a disaster. I knew I should have called other providers in the area when I was told it would be a two month wait to get in for an initial appointment. When I came for the appointment the front desk staff definitely didn’t seem like they wanted to be at work and were overall rude. The waiting area was empty except for another person and their child. The provider only spent 20-25 minutes with me when I was told the appointment was for 45 minutes. As I was leaving the waiting area was packed full of people with a lot of them standing due to lack of seats. As I was checking out I asked for the patient portal information and the lady at the desk made it seem like I was making her jump through hoops to get the information. I reluctantly rescheduled a few appointments since I already had waited so long to get in, the provider said 2-3 weeks and the soonest I was able to be scheduled was 7.5 weeks later. I called to see if my provider had any availability on a Monday and she did on Thursday of the same week so I booked the appointment. I had a scheduling conflict and called on Wednesday but didn’t get to speak with anyone so I canceled the appointment via the app. A week later I received a letter stating I was discharged from the practice for a no show. I called the office and was told they didn’t see any cancellation via the app. The lady I spoke with was polite and said she would check with the provider about still seeing me and call me back. When she called back she said the provider wasn’t willing to see me but she could see if anyone else in the practice was taking new patients. I received a call this afternoon stating they are not taking any new patients but would mail a list of local providers that are. I asked about my husband being seen since he had called a couple weeks prior and was still waiting on a call back. Apparently they tried calling to schedule but no one answered and there was no way to leave a message. I verified the number they called which is mine. I didn’t receive a call and my voicemail is available. I asked to go ahead and schedule the appointment for my husband to stop the phone tag and get him in. The lady on the phone refused to let me book the appointment and said he had to call. I explained my husband has PTSD and TBI, so I schedule all of his appointments and keep track of them. She didn’t wasn’t to hear it and said he had to call. I am so fed up with this place. I have worked in many different facets of the medical profession. I have never seen a place so over booked, rude and lacking empathy for patients that most certainly need it. Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

If you don’t have major mental health issues, I promise you that you will have them if you come here. From the initial phone call and the lack of customer service skills and empathy, I knew I should have never agreed to wait 4 months for an appointment. When you enter the office it is like prison visitation. No one at the front desk (which is the face of a business) seems like they want to be there or get paid to be there. I could go on and on but I won’t. If you are concerned about confidentiality, do not go here. They ask for personal identifying information in the lobby and the evaluation rooms might as well not have doors, because I could hear every single word from the patient to my left and right. Drive farther for better care!!!

Nobody, likes to return calls, when I try to have my son’s medication refilled!
